Abstract
Objective To explore the sealing effect of self-developed tube cap of tracheal incision for patients with long-term tracheal incision. Methods 48 brain patients with long-term tracheal incision who needed tube sealing were selected for the study. They were evenly assigned to the research group and the control group according to different pro-tocols of tube sealing.24 patients in the control group were given sterilized cotton swabs for tube sealing.24 patients in the research group were given self-developed tube cap for tube sealing.Patients’respiration, heart rate and oxygen satu-ration within 2 days were tested, average days of tube blocking was recorded, successful rate of tube sealing and infec-tions were observed, and satisfaction degree of patients towards the two protocols were investigated. Results The respira-tory rate, heart rate and average days of tube blocking in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group; the oxygen saturation in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01).The successful rate of tube blocking in the re-search group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the infection rate was significantly lower than that in the control group. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction sit-uation in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (U=0.3080,P=0.0210). Conclusion Self-developed tube cap of tracheal incision is able to effectively improve the adaptability and safety of sealing for patients, significantly improve the efficiency and effect of tube sealing, and is safe and effective, which is worthy of widespread promotion and application.关键词
