摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of high-dose-metotrexate-free neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the patients with osteosarcoma. Methods 68 patients with osteosarcoma were randomly divided into the observation group(n=34)and the control group (n=34),the observation group were treated with high-dose-metotrexate-free neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and the control group were treated with high-dose-metotrexate neoadjuvant chemotherapy,then the clini-cal effects,the untoward effects and toxic and side effects were contrasted between the two groups. Results ORR and DCR in the observation group were 44.1%(15/34) and 82.4%(28/34),35.3%(12/34) and 73.5%(25/34) in the control group,there were no significant difference compared between groups (P>0.05);the good response rate in the observation group was 55.9%(19/34), and 58.8%(20/34) in the control group,there were no significant difference compared be-tween groups (P>0.05);the untoward effects and toxic and side effects rate in the observation group was 67.6%,signifi-cantly lower than 100.0% in the control group, there were significant difference compared between groups (P<0.01). Conclusion High-dose-metotrexate-free neoadjuvant chemotherapy can obtain the similar clinical effects with high-dose-metotrexate neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the patients with osteosarcoma, and dramatically reduce the untoward effects and toxic and side effects, it's worthy of promotion.关键词
