摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced gastrointestine carcinoma. Methods 78 advanced gastrointestine carcinoma patients from June 2014 to De-cember 2014 of our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,and each group was 39 patients.Patients in control group was treated with chemotherapy.Patients in observation group was given Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy.Treatment effect,improvement sit-uation of life quality and situation of adverse reaction between two groups were compared after treatment. Results The total effective in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The improvement situation of KPS score in observa-tion group was better than control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than control group (P<0.05),the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion Using Shenqifuzheng injection combined with chemothera-py in treating advanced gastrointestine carcinoma has better treatment effect and higher application value.关键词
