Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone tablet in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with unknown cause. Methods 48 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion with un-known cause from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to a random number table method,24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Antai pill,the experimental group was treated with dydrogesterone tablet on the basis of the control group.The clin-ical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction in two groups was compared.The psychological status after treatment was e-valuated by Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD). Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.83%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with signifi-cant difference (P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of Antai pill combined with dydrogesterone tablet in the treatment of recurrent sponta-neous abortion with unknown cause is significant,which can greatly improve clinical symptoms and psychological status, and enhance the total therapeutic effective rate at advantages of few adverse reaction and high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
