Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of functional nasal endoscopic surgery with keeping hook in treating chronic nasosinusitis. Methods 62 patients with simple chronic nasosinusitis from January 2011 to June 2014 of our hospital were selected.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and each group was 31 cases. Patients in experimental group were treated with functional nasal endoscopic surgery with keeping hook,patients in con-trol group were treated with classics Messerklinger.The total effective rate,operation time,hospital stay,recurrence rate and complications incidence were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in experimental group and control group was respectively 96.77% and 87.10%,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The probability of complications in experimental group and control group was respectively 3.22% and 19.35%,and the dif-ference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The mean operation time and hospital stay after operation was longer than control group respec-tively(P<0.05). Conclusion Retaining hook nose endoscopic surgery can maintain the nasal natural protective barrier,re-duce the probability of recurrence and complications.It can be more effective for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and is worth to popularize in clinic.关键词
