我市增城区265例成人精神病患者残疾评定结果分析
Analysis of disability evaluation results in 265 patients with adult psy-chosis in Zengcheng district of our city

Abstract
Objective To explore the main reasons in disabled with adult psychosis in Zengcheng district of our city, and to propose corresponding suggestions on prevention and treatment. Methods Materials of 341 patients with adult psychosis from 11 towns in Zengcheng district of our city in July 2014 were collected.The disabled grade was evaluated by WHO-DASIIscale(265 cases were evaluated in practice),and were statistically analyzed according to different dis-ability diagnoses,degrees,disease courses and ages.The main causes of disability of these patients were examine. Re-sults Of all the causes of disability,schizophrenia was the leading cause (82.6%),followed by mood disorder (4.5%). 48.3% of these patients were middle-aded,37.7% were young,and 14.0% were old age. Conclusion In order to reduce and relieve psychic disabilities,should strengthen the social psychological health education,enlarge the service area of psychological consulting,strengthen the supervision of drugs and food hygiene,reduce the abuse of active substances,pay attention to prevention and treatment of mental disease,at the same time to enhance rural medical care input,and to im-prove the diagnosis rate and improvement rate of psychic disability in rural areas.关键词
