Infection status investigation of Ampullaria gigas by Angiostrongylus can-tonensis in Xiamen city from 2010 to 2014
摘要
Abstract
Objective To find out the infection status of Ampullaria gigas by Angiostrongylus cantonensis in our city and effectively prevent and control Angiostrongylus cantonensis’s outbreak and prevalence. Methods Larvae of Am-pullaria gigas-Angiostrongylus cantonensis at stage Ⅲ from 2010 to 2014 were detected by lung-microscopy.The infec-tion status of Ampullaria gigas by Angiostrongylus cantonensis were analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2014, 12546 Am-pullaria gigas were tested in total,and 1521 ones were infected by angiostrongylus cantonensis, and positive rate was 12.1%.These collected ampullaria gigas infected by angiostrongylus cantonensis were changed following seasonal varia-tion in the 5 years,April was highest and August lowest.with the significant difference (P<0.05).Detection rate of A m-pullaria gigas-Angiostrongylus cantonensis from market was higher than that from restaurant, with the significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Ampullaria gigas as an intermediate host of Angiostrongylus cantonensis can be detected out of An-giostrongylus cantonensis.There is difference in detection rate of Ampullaria gigas-Angiostrongylus cantonensis from market and restaurant,which maybe related with different disposal methods in restaurant and market.A ngiostrongylus cantonensis is sensitive to temperature, and can be mostly killed by cooking thoroughly.关键词
