Abstract
Objective To discuss the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in hand injury patients. Methods 164 patients with hand injury admitted into in our hospital from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observational group and control group,with 82 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observational group was used high-quality nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. Psychological state in two groups was evaluated according to self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS),and nursing satisfaction was evaluated. Results After nursing,SAS and SDS score was decreased in two groups,and the SAS and SDS score in observational group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction in observational group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention can effectively release the depression in patients with hand injury and has good ef-fect,can rebuild up confidence of patients to treatment and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth of popularization and application.关键词
