摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis the application effects of comprehensive nursing in through the urethra prostate plas-ma cut method in elderly patients. Methods 60 elderly patients with through the urethra prostate plasma cut method in our hospital from August 2013 to June 2015 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and study group (n=30).The control group was given routine nursing ,the study group was given comprehensive nursing. The therapy effective rate and incidence rate of postoperative complications between two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in study group was 93.3%,which was higher than 83.3% of control group,the difference was sig-nificant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in study group was 6.7%,which was significantly low-er than 16.7% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing method in elderly patients with through the urethra prostate plasma cut method is effective,and can improve the satisfaction of pa-tients and worth to popularize in clinical.关键词
