Abstract
Objective:To investigate the brain activity patterns in healthy relatives of patients with schizophrenia under cognitive control tasks .Methods :Firstly ,we systematic searched the literatures using functional magnet reso-nance imaging(fMRI)to explore cognitive control tasks related brain activation patterns in healthy relatives of pa-tients with schizophrenia ;Then ,we extracted peak coordinates and converted them into the Talairch space .Results:Compared with healthy controls ,under cognitive control tasks ,healthy relatives of patients with schizophrenia showed decreased brain activity pattern in left insular ,and left cingulated gyrus ,and increased activation in left supe-rior frontal gyrus and left precentral gyrus (P<0 0.5) .Conclusion:The brain activity intrigued by cognitive tasks may be potential endphenotypes for schizophrenia .关键词
