新生代农民工农民身份认同与自我和谐的关系
Identity and Self -harmony of the New Generation of Migrant Workers
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore identity and self -harmony of the new generation of migrant workers and their re-lationship .Methods :A total of 219 the new generation of migrant workers conducted the Migrant Workers'Identity Questionnaire and Self Consistency and Congruence Scale .Results:Identity of the new generation of migrant workers had significant differences in different sex (t=3 6.81 ,P<0 0.01) ,the level of income(t=-12 6.57 ,P<0 0.01) ,the city they work(t=-12 0.73 ,P<0 0.01)and the level of education(F=30 1.21 ,P<0 0.01);Self harmony of the new gener-ation of migrant workers had significant differences in different sex (t=-2 9.72 ,P<0 0.1) ,income level(t=-13 7.99 , P<0 0.01) ,the city they work(t=-14 0.39 ,P<0 0.01)and the level of education(F=14 7.56 ,P<0 0.01);Self classi-fication and self experience inconsistency and self flexibility ,self stereotype were negatively correlated (r= 0 .19 , 0 3.5 ,0 2.1 ;P<0 0.1);The identity of the importance and the disharmony of self and experience ,self flexibility ,self stereotype were negatively correlated (r=0 3.7 ,0 5.6 ,0 4.5 ;P<0 0.01);Behavior of investment and the disharmony of self and experience ,self flexibility ,self stereotype were negatively correlated (r=0 3.1 ,0 6.0 0. 4.2;P<0 0.01) .Conclu-sion:The identity of the new generation of migrant workers is significantly positively correlated with self harmony .关键词
