The Relationship between People's Mental Health and Occupational Stress with Different Length of Service
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between people's mental health and occupational stress with differ-ent service length in order to chose a chance for reduce stress and improve mental health in a given area Xinjiang . Methods :Randomly stratified cluster sampling among respondents by service length ,SCL -90 and occupational stress scale(JSS)were used to investigate and analyze .Results:Except the somatization ,obsessive ,depressive score , other SCL -90 subscale scores were lower than the Chinese and the Xinjiang local norms (P<0 0.5);There were sig-nificant differences between different working years of professional people in terror and psychoticism (t= 2 .509 , 3 2.13 ;P<0 0.5)and occupational stress scores(Z=-7 4.17~2 6.12 ,P<0 0.5) .The mental health was associated with occupational stress(r=0 3.45~0 3.74 ,P<0 0.01) .Conclusion:Workers with short service length should be the focus in intervention of mental health and work stress .关键词
