摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate undergraduates'Maslach burnout and work engagement in military medical u-niversity .Methods :268 college students(139 aerospace medical undergraduates ,129 clinical medical undergraduates) completed Maslach Burnout Questionnaire and Work Engagement Scale .Results:Aerospace medicine undergraduates'scores in Work Engagement Scale was higher than the median(t=3 4.63 ,P<0 0.1) ,clinical medicine undergraduates'scores was also higher than the median(t=5 6.38 ,P<0 0.1) .Clinical medicine undergraduates'score in academic al-ienation was lower than aerospace medicine undergraduates'(t=-2 3.42 ,P<0 0.5) ,and clinical medicine undergradu-ates'score in focus was higher than aerospace medicine undergraduates'(t= 2 .321 ,P< 0 .05).Conclusion:Clinical medicine undergraduates'level in Maslach Burnout is lower than that of aerospace medicine undergraduates ,and their level in Work Engagement is higher than that of aerospace medicine undergraduates .关键词
