Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship among attachment patterns ,social support and mental health of medical college students in internship .Methods :220 medical college students in internship were recruited to com-plete 4 questionnaires ,including the two widely used measurements of adult attachment :Relationship Questionnaire (RQ)and Experience of Close Relationship(ECR)to measure students'attachment style ,Social Support Requirement Scale for measuring social support ,and Symptom Check Scale List -90(SCL -90)measuring their mental health .Re-sults:The distributions of adult attachment measured by RQ were :47 7.% secure ,32 7.% dismissing ,12 7.% preoccu-pied ,and 6 8.% fearful .Meanwhile ,only on the index of'availability of social support',secure attachment (8 9. ± 1 8.) and fearful attachment participants (8 8. ± 1 9.) got higher score than dismissing (7 8. ± 1 5.) and preoccupied (8 0. ± 1 7.) .Moreover ,those secure participants (109 4.± 23 3.)got significant lower scores on all indexes of SCL -90 than dismissing(122 7.± 27 2.) ,preoccupied (138 3.± 38 5.)and /or fearful attachment students (120 9. ± 38 9.) .Regression analysis showed that participants'mental health can be predicted by attachment avoidance ,attachment anxiety and social support .Conclusion :The mental health level of medical college students in internship is related to their attach-ment and social support levels .关键词
