班级团体辅导在大学生心理健康教育课程中应用的实证研究
The Empirical Research of Class Group Guidance in Mental Health Education Course of College Students

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the possibility and the effectiveness of class group guidance in mental health education course .Methods :Two classes of the same grade were randomly sampled ,one was experimental ,and the other as control I.nterpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale ,Time Management Disposition Inventory ,Self Con-sistency and Congruence Scale were used to measure the effect of group instruction .Results:The statistical analysis showed that compared with control group ,the score of Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale ,Time Manage-ment Disposition Inventory ,Self Consistency and Congruence Scale were significantly difference (t=-6 .789 ,-2 .99 , 5 6.52 ;P<0 0.1) ,and the score of Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale ,Time Management Disposition In-ventory ,Self Consistency and Congruence Scale were obviously better than the scores before test (t=7 5.07 ,13 8.01 ,-13 1.92 ;P< 0 0.1) .Conclusion:Class group guidance is worthy of further popularization and application in mental health education course.关键词
