郑州市中学生心理亚健康状况及儿童期虐待经历对其的影响
Psychological Sub-health Status and the Effect of the Childhood Abuse on It among Middle School Students in Zhengzhou

Abstract
Objective:To understand the psychological sub -health status of middle school students in Zhengzhou City ,and further explore the influence factors on the mental health of middle school students ,in order to provide help for the prevention and the development of mental health adolescent in middle school students .Methods :A total of 4891 adolescents in Zhengzhou were enrolled with method of stratified cluster random sampling .All the partici-pants were investigated with Multidimensional Sub -health Questionnaire of Adolescents(MSQA)and Child Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form(CTQ -SF) .Results:Totally 21 9.% of the adolescents reported in status of psychological sub-health .The performance were as following :The city (24 .2% )was higher than in rural areas (19 .4% ) ,girls (22 8.% ) higher than boys (20 .9% ) ,high school (23 .8% ) higher than the junior middle school (20 .2% ) ,the only child(24 3.% )higher than the non only child(21 1.% ) ,the graduating class(23 9.% )higher than the non graduating class(21 1.% ) ,and the difference had statistical significance (P< 0 .05)except that between different gender .The students with psychological sub -health had higher scores of the 5 subscales and the total scores in childhood abuse than that of in the students with no psychological sub -health(P<0 0.1) .Logistic regression analysis showed that the city ,high school ,graduating class ,higher childhood emotional abuse were risk factors to psychological sub -health(P<0 .01) .Conclusion:The report rate of psychological sub -health status is higher among middle school students in Zhengzhou ,and the risk factors of psychological sub -health are the city ,high school ,graduating class , and higher childhood emotional abuse in middle school students .The relevant departments should do preventive measures ,and to reduce the occurrence of students'psychological sub -health .关键词
