153例老年高血压患者用药依从性调查及影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To understand the medication compliance of elderly patients of hypertension and the affecting factors . Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct the survey was carried out among 153 cases of eldly hypertensive patients.Findings Of the 153 elderly hypertensive patients , approximately 62 (40.5%) patients had desirable medication compliance.Different medical history , the level of understanding of hypertension , the frequency of self taking of blood pressure and the influence of hypertension on life caused difference in medication compliance .The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of understanding of hypertension and the frequency of self taking of blood pressure are the main factors affecting the medication adherence in elderly hypertensive patients .Conclusion The majority of elderly patients had poor medication compliance .The level of understanding of hypertension and the frequency of self taking of blood pressure are the main factors affecting the medication compliance .关键词
