耳叶牛皮消化学成分的研究
An analysis of the chemical constituents of Cynanchum auriculatum
摘要
Abstract
Objective To isolate and determine the chemical constituents of Cynanchum auriculatum .Method A compound was firstly extracted by methanol, isolated by HPCPC, column chromatography, and HPLC, and then identified by UV, MS, NMR data.Findings One compound was obtained and elucidated as caudatin 3-O-β-D-oleandropyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-oleandropyranosyl -( 1 → 4 )-β-D-cymaropyranoside. Conclusion The compound was isolated from Cynanchum auriculatumfor the first time.关键词
