Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of somatostatin on platelet-related indicators and gastrointestinal motility of patients with acute pancreatitis (AP).Method 106 cases of APwere randomly divided into two groups.All patients were firstly treated with gastrointestinal decompression , fasting, fight infection, and rehydration support treatment . The experimental group was the given somatostatin 6 mg/d for 7 days in a row .The change in platelet-related indicators of the two groups was monitored and the gastrointestinal dysmotility and prognosis of both groups were recorded .Findings Compared with the control group, the experimental group at 3rd, 7th day after treatment had significantly lowered platelet distribution width (PDW) and higher platelets (PLT) and PCT (P<0.05).The ease time of nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension , recovery time of blood amylase of the experimental group were significantly shortened .The fluid volume of stomach tube per day decreased significantly in the experimental group (P<0.05).Compared with the death group, the survival group had significantly lowered PDW , mean platelet volume ( MPV), and higher PLT, PCT ( P <0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin for APat early time can effectively regulate platelet activity , improve the pancreatic microcirculation and gastrointestinal motility and thus improve prognosis .关键词
