推拿疗法联合药饼灸改善脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征患者焦虑／抑郁症状的自身对照研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of massage therapy and moxibustion with herbal cake in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of spleen-kidney yang-depiciency .Method 32 patients were given massage therapy and moxibustion with herbal cake .Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale was used to score the patients before the treatment and also on the second , fourth, sixth, and eighth week of treatment to observe whether patients'situations have been changed .Findings After eight weeks of treatment , the symptom of anxiety and depression was generally improved . The difference in symptom scores of anxiety/depression before and after the treatment was statistically significant ( P<0. 05).The effective rate was 84.4%and 78.1%on anxiety and depression respectively .Conclusion Massage therapy and moxibustion with herbal cake may remarkably relieve the anxiety and depressionl symptoms of IBS .关键词
