摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of low intersection traffic efficiency in urban road network and traffic signal control strategy difficult to meet changes in the input section of the traffic,this paper presented a method of intersection traffic signal control and optimization based on timed colored Petri nets.Firstly,this paper built the TCPN model of road,intersection and signal control system.Secondly,on the premise of the invariant signal cycle,used the input number of road vehicles acquiring by the TCPN model,adjusted the length of each phrase in the proposed signal timing formula,to ensure the maximum output of inter-section vehicle while the minimum average number of stay by vehicle in input road.The simulation results show that traffic ca-pacity of intersection increased significantly,the average output stretch of road vehicle respectively increased by 13.3%, 9.7%,9.8% and 4.3%.
