The PLC Control of Z3040 Type Radial Drilling Machine
摘要
Abstract
Using PLC to control Z3040 can make the complex wiring is simplified greatly, reduce the failure rate. The paper introduces the use of PLC on the traditional Z3040 type radial drilling machine control, completes the design of wiring diagram of input and output devices,and designs the complete ladder chart. The paper points out the processing on the external input device normally closed contact, power failure delay ,and the security processing reversing control ,etc. It can provide reference to the PLC cotrol of other machine tools.关键词
