Advances in(+)γ-lactamases
摘要
Abstract
The( +)γ-lactamases can resolute( +/ -)γ-lactam and Produce( -)γ-lactam,the oPti-cal Pure( -)γ-lactam can be used to synthesize cardiovascular vasodilator and antiviral drugs such as abacavir and Permivir. At Present,only a few microorganisms with( +)γ-lactamase were rePorted, and their( +)γ-lactamase genes were cloned and exPressed. The( +)γ-lactamases show diversity, the mechanism of the( +)γ-lactamases remains to be further studied.关键词
