摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the common adverse reactions and nursing measures of mannitol in treating glaucoma patients. Methods 24 cases of adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with glaucoma were selected as the research object, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the nursing measures were summarized.Results 24 cases of adverse reactions, 5 cases of acute pulmonary edema, 6 cases of acute renal failure, 6 cases of acute intracranial pressure reduction and 7 cases of water electrolyte disorders were cured and discharged after treatment. Conclusion The treatment of patients with glaucoma caused by mannitol has a good clinical effect, and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with glaucoma.关键词
