Abstract
Objective To investigate the application in pediatric care and medical assessment of pectus excavatum surgery posture nursing.Methods 60 patients with pectus excavatum surgery pediatric patients were chosen for the study from October 2012 to October 2014, based on a random number table were divided into observation group and control group of 30 patients in the control group routine intraoperative care, observation group intraoperative assessment of children with full body posture after the implementation of the intervention, comparative analysis of the two groups of children with operation time, preoperative anxiety, surgical success rate, with the rate of surgical complications, family satisfaction rate, nursing disputes incident cases, surgery after bed time, postoperative pain scores, the average length of stay. Results The rate of children with surgical patients in the observation group, the success rate was signiifcantly higher family satisfaction rate (P<0.05), whereas the incidence of complications, nursing disputes event rate was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Observation operative time, postoperative bed time, the average length of stay less than the control group (P<0.05), while the pain score was higher (P<0.05).ConclusionThe medical assessment by nursing effectively improve security, predictability and effectiveness in children with pectus excavatum surgery postural care, help children with prognosis.关键词
