摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and discuss the effect of clinical of duloxetine, venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression.Methods From June 2013 to September 2014, 90 cases of post-schizophrenia depression patients were as the research object, all the patients were randomly divided into three groups, respectively for duloxetine group, venlafaxine group and amitriptyline group, each group has the number of 30 patients with, given different treatment methods. To compare therapeutic effect of three groups patients.Results By statistical results, duloxetine treated with venlafaxine group is better than amitriptyline group and it’s with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Duloxetine, venlafaxine in the treatment of post-schizophrenia depression is better than amitriptyline.关键词
