Abstract
The evaluation system of green communities is a measure of the environmental performance and guide the development and construction of the scale, which has important meaning to the construction of ecological city and green building. Scientific urban planning is the first step to establish green residential areas, as soon as possible to improve and upgrade the technical means of planning,establish green communities assessment system.The existing green residential district evaluation system of China——“ the manual for technological appraisals of Chinese green low-carbon community “.which exsits the problem of imperfect content index, index score normalization, evaluation results are qualitative,some experience and enlightenment have been obtained by analyzing and comparing the content of green community evaluation index system at home and abroad, which offers reference for the scientific establishment of green community evaluation index system in China. reconstruction evaluation index system and quantitative analysis of green residential district level.关键词
