塞来昔布对人涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞抑制作用的研究
The inhibitive effect of COX-2 inhibitor celecoxib on human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) selective inhibitor celecoxib on proliferation and invasion of human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line(SACC-M)in vitro. Method:The effect of celecoxib on the proliferation of SACC-M cell line was examined by the method of CCK8.The expression of COX-2 was measured by Western Blotting. The invasion of the SACC-M was determined by Transwell assay. Result:Celecoxib inhibited the proliferation of SACC-M by dose-dependent manner.After treated with celecoxib for 24h,he invasion ability of SACC-M lower than the control group. The results of Western Blotting revealed that the 24h treatment of celecoxib on SACC-M cell line inhibited the expression levels of COX-2. Conclusion:Celecoxib inhibits the proliferation and invasion of SACC-M cell line.关键词
