成人牙周病患者正畸治疗前后牙龈退缩状况分析
The effects of orthodontic treatment on gingival recession with periodontal disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of orthodontic treatment on gingival recession with periodontal disease. Method:254 teeth derived from 13 adult patients with periodontal disease and gingival recession were classified into 2groups. The gingival recessing depth (RD),periodontal pocket probing depth (PD),clinical attachment level(ACL) were analyzed before and after the orthodontic treatment. Result:The date compared by paried t test indicated that there was a significant difference in RD,PD and CAL before and after orthodontic treatment both in class III and Class IV (P<0.05), but no significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05) .Comparison between the anterior and the posterior had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment can play a certain positive role in improving the gingival recession with periodontal disease.关键词
