年龄相关性白内障患者的综合性视觉功能指数与跌倒影响因素之间的关系
Relation between visual function index and falls-related factors in patients with age-related cataract

Abstract
AIM:To investigate the reIation between vision function index and faIIs-reIated factors in patients with age-reIated cataract. METHODS: Ninety - six patients with age - reIated cataract were interviewed using a seven- item visuaI function questionnaire (VF-7), then cIassified into poor, moderate, or good visuaI function group. The differences of the three groups on visuaI acuity, baIance and mobiIity function, cognition, depressive symptoms, seIf-reported fear of faIIing were anaIyzed. RESULTS:The patients in poor visuaI function group had oIder age, tendency to depression, was more afraid of faIIing, compared with groups with higher score in VF-7, and they had worse visuaI acuity, performed worse on aII baIance and mobiIity tests. CONCLUSION:Poor visuaI function is reIated to worse visuaI acuity, weaker baIance and mobiIity performance in patients with age-reIated cataract. The VF-7, as a simpIe and convenient seIf-reported method, can be used as a faIIing risk monitoring in patients with age-reIated cataract.关键词
