水资源管理“三条红线”考核指标体系构建研究
Construction of“Three Red Lines”index system of water resources management in Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
The construction of a scientific,reasonable,and feasible 〝Three Red Line〝 assessment index system and assessment mechanism in water management is to provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of water resources management and a positive means to improve the level of water resources management. According to the assessment of water resources in Jiangxi Province ,in view of the requirements of scientif-ic,systematic and feasible requirements,the assessment index are constructed based on the questionnaire. The spatial difference of assessment index is explained. The rationality,feasibility and the corresponding weights are determined according to expert evaluation.关键词
