应用型本科高校学生评教影响因素的实证分析
Empirical analysis of influencing factors of students’teaching evaluation in application-oriented university
摘要
Abstract
In the process of students’teaching evaluation,correct understanding of influencing factors is a powerful guarantee to improve the reliability and validity of the result of teaching evaluation. We take ap-plication-oriented university for example,and design a questionnaire from the aspects such as the attitude of the students,the characteristics of the teachers,the teachers’classroom performance. We carried out the questionnaire survey in Nanchang Institute of Technology,then we study the survey with principal component analysis and attain four main factors that influence the students’teaching evaluation in appli-cation-oriented university. Finally,we put forward some suggestions of improving the teaching quality ac-cording to the four main factors.关键词
