不对称型磺基琥珀酸双酯盐双子表面活性剂的合成与性能
Synthesis and performance of asymmetric Gemini sulfosuccinate surfactant

Abstract
Lauryl alcohol,maleic anhydride and lauric acid monoethanolamide were used as starting materials to synthesized asymmetric Gemini sulfosuccinate surfactant. The optimized conditions for diesterification are as following:reaction temperature,140 ℃;reaction time,6 h;and n (lauryl alcohol maleic acid monoester)∶n(lauric acid monoethanolamide)= 1∶ 1. The structure of the target compound was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR. The surface tension,foaming performance and emulsifying power of the product were measured. Results showed that the product has low cmc as 2. 21 × 10 - 5 mol/ L and γcmc as 31. 1 mN/ m. It displays stronger foaming power and better foam stability. Water separation time of the emulsion made of the product achieves 278 s.关键词
