Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:In 118 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer treated in our hospital , were randomly divided into 2 groups.58 cases of the control group:routine western medicine therapy , oral topical treatment +vitamin C tablets and compound vitamin B tablets ; the treatment group60 cases in the control group based on the traditional Chinese medicine , to improve the situation and recurrence was ob-served in two groups of main symptoms .Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in treatment group and control group , the total ef-fective rate was 82.76%, there was significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01) .Co nclusion:The combination of Chinese tra-ditional and Western medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can give full play to the advantages of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine , the curative effect is remarkable , is the effective method in treatment of recurrent oral ulcers , worthy of clinical popu-larization.关键词
