Contracting Environment Dominated by the Government Policy, Information Disclose and the Protection of Medium and Small Investors
摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly focuses on the quality of information disclosure of listed companies and selected the relevant indicators of contract environmental factors with the characteristics of China ’ s securities market ,using panel data of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock 2010—2013.The paper mainly explores the reliability and rationality of the process of information disclosure ,the disclosure choice of time ,the relationship between the return on the effec-tiveness and transparency of corporate governance and information disclosure to shareholders of the contractual envi -ronment,to find out whether the existing contractual environment is effective .It is found that contracting environ-ment dominated by the government policies is overall effective but the quality of information disclose is obviously different and the level of protection of small investors should be improved .关键词
