Literature Review and Future Research Directions of Emotional Labor in Organizational Context

Abstract
On the basis of reviewing the existing literature ,this paper reviews the related research of emotional labor and introduces the concept ,structure and measurement of emotional labor .In addition ,the authors analyze the influence factors and the results of emotional labor and make a prospect of the future research .关键词
