基于中医传承辅助系统的治疗胃癌方剂组方规律分析
Analysis on Composition Rules of Prescriptions for Gastric Cancer by Using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the composing rules prescriptions for treating gastric cancer collected in Dictionary of tumor prescriptions. Methods:Using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS) to collect and sift the prescriptions for treating gastric cancer in the dictionary,then enter into the TCMISS one by one,by using the excavation method from the integration of the software to analyze composing rules of the collected prescriptions. Results:There were 248 prescriptions for treating gastric can-cer up to the collection standards,including 414 herbs. For frequency≥15,there were 32 herbs,including Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,pericarpium citri reticulatae,Poria cocos,which had effects of promoting Qi and invigorating spleen,clearing heat and removing stasis. Based on support≥15,there were 39 herbs combination. Based on 11 association rules ( support≥15 and confidence≥0 . 7 ) , we involved 46 core com-binations,such as salvia chinensis-solanum lyratum-Oldenlandia diffusa,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocepha-lae-liquorice-ginseng,and achieved 23 new prescriptions. Conclusion:The rules of treating gastric cancer were comfirmed,which were invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi,invigorating stasis by regulating Qi.关键词
