冬令膏方治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察
Clinical Efficiency of Dongling Plaster on Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Stable Phase

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Dongling paster on treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stable phase. Methods:Total of 76 patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group(n=36) and treatment group(n=40). The control group was treated with conven-tional inhalation therapy. Based with treatment of the control group ,Dongling paster was added in treatment group. The clinical efficacy and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results:The clinical efficacy based on TCM symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P=0.036). The pulmonary function FEV1、FEV1/FVC were both improved in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). There was no obvious difference between the two groups in improving pulmonary function FEV1,P=0.61. In improving pulmonary function of FEV1/FVC,the treatment group was better than the con-trol group,P=0.042. There was no obvious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion:Dongling paster is efficient and safe to treat COPD in stable phase. It can keep the symptoms and the pulmonary function stable.关键词
