HPLC法测定马黄酊中栀子苷的含量
Determination of Geniposide in Mahuang Tincture by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective:An high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the quantitative deter-mination of geniposide in Mahuang tincture was established. Methods:Using an Aglient zorbax SB-C18 col-umn(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),the mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and distilled water(10:90,V/V) and the detection wavelength was at 238 nm. Results:The linear ranges of geniposide was 0.149~0.894μg(r=0.9997),the average recovery was 99.89%(RSD=0.167%). Conclusion:The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of Mahuang tincture.关键词
