Identification of True F1 Hybrid Seeds Using AhMITE1 Markers in Cultivated Peanut
摘要
Abstract
Hybridization breeding is one of the important methods for peanut variety improvement.Accu-rate identification of F1 hybrid seeds is prerequisite for hybridization breeding.In this study,a set of tech-niques for identifying true F1 hybrid of peanut were established including DNA extraction from peanut cotyle-don and using AhMITE1 transposable markers on the premise of not influencing seed vigor.By this method, the accuracy of identification was increased obviously,which would be helpful for increasing breeding rate.关键词
