单相抑郁症患者脑磁共振弥散张量成像FA 值变化及意义
Changes of FA values from cerebral DIT in patients with unipolar depression and the significance

Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of fractional anisotropy ( FA ) values derived from cerebral diffusion tensor imaging ( DTI) , an advanced form of magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI) , in patients with unipolar depression and to investigate the significance .Methods The DTI data from 21 patients with unipolar depression ( unipolar depression group) and 21 matched healthy controls (control group) were collected.The FA values in the global brain were calculated and the voxel-based analysis was used for the statistical analysis .Then, correlation analysis was used to examine the rela-tionship between FA values of the regions of interest and psychological scale scores .Results In the unipolar depression group, the FA values of right putamen, right precuneus, limbic lobe, cingulate gyrus, right triangular part of inferior fron-tal gyrus and right middle occipital gyrus were separately 0.205 ±0.024, 0.336 ±0.053, 0.228 ±0.068 and 0.308 ± 0.073, and the values of the control group were respectively 0.228 ±0.019, 0.391 ±0.052, 0.281 ±0.045 and 0.356 ± 0.075.Significant difference was found between these two groups (all P<0.05).The FA value in the region of right puta-men was negatively correlated with QIDS-SR (r=-0.353, P=0.022), the FA values in the regions of the right precune-us, limbic lobe and cingulate gyrus had negative correlations with both PHQ-9 (r=-0.404, P=0.008) and QIDS-SR (r=-0.315, P =0.043), and the FA value of right middle occipital gyrus was negatively correlated with T -AI (r =-0.353, P=0.022).Conclusions The FA values of the right putamen, right precuneus, limbic lobe, cingulate gyrus, right triangular part of inferior frontal gyrus and right middle occipital gyrus were decreased in patients with unipolar depres - <br> sion, which indicated the white matter microstructure had changes in multiple brain regions , and these changes might be re-lated to the depression or anxiety .关键词
