扶正化瘀胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎患者血清 TGF-β1的影响

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of serum TGF‐β1 and clinical efficacy by using Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with Entecavir in treatment of chronic hepatitis B .Methods :Collecting 56 cases suffered from chronic hepatitis B ,which were randomly divided into treatment group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases) .Patients in the treatment group were administered with Fuzheng Huayu capsule and entecavir .Patients in the control group were admin‐istered with Entecavir .The sera before treatment and sera after 24 weeks and 48 weeks treatment were collected respec‐tively .The value and normalizing rate of ALT ,the level of TGF‐β1 ,and loads of HBV DNA were observed to evaluate the safety and efficacy .Results:The level of TGF‐β1 was obviously declined after 24 and 48 weeks treatment ,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group .The value of ALT in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group in the treatment of 24 weeks , the difference was statistically significant between the two groups .The loads of HBV DNA were markedly declined after treatment ,but there was no significant difference between the two groups .Conclusion:Fuzheng Huayu capsule combined with entecavir can effectively decline the loads of HBV DNA ,improve the liver function of patients with chronic hepatitis B ,and reduce the levels of TGF‐β1 which is helpful for delaying liver fibrosis .关键词
