近红外光谱对鲜茶叶茶多酚和氨基酸总量检测的研究
Detection of polyphenols and amino acids of fresh tea by near infrared spectrum
摘要
Abstract
According to the near infrared spectral data of fresh tea and the different spectral characteristics presented by various polyphenol and amino acid contents in tea,online detection of fresh tea quality was carried out by near infrared spectrum,and a correcting model was established by using multiple linear regression and least square method.The test results showed that the detection accuracy by least square method was higher,and the coefficients R2 of determination of amino acids and polyphenols between actual and predictive values were re-spectively 0.92 and 0.94,with the average relative errors being 1.60% and 2.99% respectively.关键词
