Bamboo Carving Comparison Between Jiading and Baoqing
摘要
Abstract
Jiading and Baoqing bamboo carvings both get born in the middle and later Ming Dynasty. At that time, the stable society, the increase of material levels and the trend to value ancient style among intellectuals and officials set a basis for the rapid development of bamboo carving techniques. The paper analyzed the historical origin of Jiading and Baoqing bamboo carvings and compared them in terms of materials selection, art feature, carving techniques, inheri-ting way, etc.关键词
