Abstract
It proposed the Field theory of Kurt Lewin into nursing caring behavior training.It discussed accord-ing to the influencing factors of caring behaviors and the construction of nursing humanistic care “harmonious teaching field”,so as to try to improve nursing caring behavior from a new perspective.关键词
