河北省老年慢性病居民就医用药情况及满意度调查
Survey of medical treatment and medication status and satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic diseases in Hebei province

Abstract
Objective:To the demographic characteristics and chronic diseases of the elderly in Hebei Province, and to analyze the situation of medical treatment,medication and satisfaction degree of patients with chronic dis-eases in Hebei province.Methods:A total of 6 173 elderly people were surveyed by using a self designed ques-tionnaire who aged 60 years and older in 3 cities in Hebei province.Results:There were 4 633 cases with chronic diseases in the elderly people(75.1%).2 992 cases (64.6%)had 2 species and more.Total prevalence ranking in the top 5 included hypertension,heart disease,rheumatoid arthritis,diabetes and osteoporosis.There was the difference in them between urban and rural areas.The medical treatment and medication status of the elderly patients with chronic diseases was complex.There were some problems including high incidence in hospitaliza-tion and falls,poor visit rate and standard treatment,low treatment satisfaction and so on.Life satisfaction,fam-ily care satisfaction,satisfaction with medical expenses of urban elderly were higher than that in rural areas(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was a high prevalence of chronic diseases in Hebei Province.There was a difference in prevalence of chronic diseases between urban and rural areas.The chronic diseases,medical treatment and medi-cation and satisfaction of the elderly patients should be paid attention to,especially in rural areas.It could in-crease investment in community health services,improve the health insurance and pension system,improve the pension environment and enhance the quality of life of the elderly.关键词
