银屑病病人自我效能感与生活质量的相关性研究
Study on correlation between self efficacy and quality of life of patients with psoriasis

Abstract
Objective:To know about the self efficacy and quality of life of patients with psoriasis,and to probe into the relationship between them,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of life of patients with pso-riasis.Methods:A total of 130 patients with psoriasis were investigated by using the general data questionnaire, chronic disease self efficacy scale (DLQI)and skin disease quality of life index scale,and the correlation be-tween self efficacy and quality of life was analyzed.Results:The total score of self efficacy was(6.59±1.21) and the total score of quality of life was (15.97±3.98),the self efficacy was positively correlated with the quality of life (r=0.751,P<0.01).Conclusion:Self efficacy level of the patients with psoriasis was lower, quality of life was at the middle and low level,and the self efficacy was closely related to quality of life.关键词
