老年人家庭照顾者家庭功能情况及其相关因素研究
Study on family function status of elderly family caregivers and its related factors

Abstract
Objective:To know about the family function of elderly family caregivers and its related factors. Methods:A total of 1 5 1 7 family caregivers of old inpatients were selected from six hospitals in five cities in Si-chuan province from May 2012 to June 2012,they were surveyed by using the Family Care Index Measurement Sheet,and the family function related factors of the family caregivers were analyzed with the single factor in-dex and multiple factor index.Results:The aged family caregivers with good family function accounted for 40.4%, the mild disorder accounted for 45.1%,the serious disorder accounted for 14.5%.The single factor index sug-gested that the family caregivers who were younger,low education degree,single or had no enough rest time had a low APGAP score,and showed statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The duality logistic regression a-nalysis suggested that the family function of the elderly family caregivers was associated with the education de-gree,married or single and rest time.Well educated and married were the protect factors of the family func-tion,no relaxation time was the influential factor of family function.Conclusion:The family function disorder of the elderly family caregivers was influenced by the various factors.To improve the satisfaction of the family function,the society and medical staff should pay more attention to family function of family caregivers,take ef-fective interventions for family caregivers who had low education degree,single and had no enough rest time.关键词
