Abstract
Objective:To know about the quality of life of young and middle aged patients with first stroke and its influence factors,analyze the correlation with social support level and psychological status.Methods:A total of 100 young and middle aged inpatients with stroke received the cross sectional survey by using the self made patient demographic data questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),Hospital Anxiety and De-pression Scale (HAD)and Quality of Life Reduced Scale (QOL BREF),then to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life of young and middle aged patients with first stroke.Results:The HAD scale score of young and middle aged inpatients with stroke was 19.49±6.05,the overall quality of life score was 6.15±1.14,the social support scale score was 24.21±7.39.Univariate analysis showed that the family income level and life self care degree of patients were the influencing factors of their quality of life;the anxiety and depression status was negatively correlated with patients’quality of life.Conclusion:The anxiety and depression status in young and middle aged patients with first stroke was common and could affect patients’quality of life.Clinical nurses should timely and fully evaluate the patient’s hospital anxiety and social support system,timely provide the targeted nursing interventions,so as to reduce the level of hospital anxiety and depression in patients,improve their quality of life.关键词
