冠心病患者血浆IL-6及同型半胱氨酸水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性
Correlation between serum IL-6, homocysteine and severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation among plasma IL-6, homocysteine and the severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease( CHD) . Methods A total of 168 consecutive patients from Department of Cardiology in our hos-pital were divided into 2 groups:coronary heart disease group(n=128) and control group(n=40). CHD patients were divided into a-cute coronary syndrome group and stable angina pectoris group. Subjects without coronary heart disease were chosen as control group. Commercially available ELISA kits were used to measure the plasma levels of IL-6. Homocysteine was detected by enzymatic cycling as-say. The difference of IL-6 and homocysteine was compared in each group and their relationship with the severity of coronary artery ste-nosis were analyzed. Results ①Grouping on the condition of the illness,plasma levels of IL-6 and homocysteine were significantly different between groups(P<0. 05).②Grouping on the numbers of blood vessels,the plasma levels of IL-6 was significantly different between groups(P<0. 05),the levels of homocysteine were significantly different between three vascular lesions group and the other two groups(P<0. 05).③Correlation analysis showed that IL-6 was positively associated with homocysteine(r=0. 59,P<0. 01). Conclusion IL-6 and homocysteine may be related to the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. Plasma IL-6 and homocysteine are closely associated with severity of coronary artery stenosis.关键词
